Reno Airport
The Airport is next to Highway 580/395, which will take you to Black Rock City. All of the resources are westward, primarily on the other side of the freeway via Plumb Lane. Also via Plumb Lane, then northwards you can access the Downtown-Midtown area, with lots more resources, particularly Playawear and Hardware. Directly north is the Grand Sierra area, with hotel, hospital, and hardware options. And southwards is the Moana area, with some liquor, RV and Truck rentals, auto service, and hotel choices.

Burning Man volunteers will be located near Baggage Claim to greet you with big open arms, provide directions and info on resources, point you to the Burner Express Air and Burner Express Bus, and answer any questions you may have.
Burner Express Air
All chartered flights in 2022 to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport and Black Rock City are co-operated by Burning Man and Camsam Aviation as Burner Express Air. Go here for all the info and to book flights. Note all travelers must already have a Burning Man ticket to utilize this service.
Burner Express Bus
Burning Man has again contracted with a charter service to provide bus service between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and Black Rock City. Go here for all the info and to book a seat. Note you can also book a seat on a bus that will make a pitstop at a local store to get supplies before heading out to the playa. And, finally, all travelers must already have a Burning Man ticket to utilize this service.

Located near the Reno Airport in the Costco shopping center, you can get alkaline or purified water. Purchase new bottles or drums online for curbside pickup during business hours. Also, fill up your RV or drums in back of store. Or you can fill your bottles up to 5-gallons 24/7 using their vending machines. Additional vending machines also located at 1615 E Second St.
